Appeal for Donation during COVID-19 pandemic

Appeal to all SV Members,

Recently Corona virus had taken troll worldwide and India is no exception to that. Many families are facing difficulties due to this and it may take 3-4 months to come out of this situation.Due to this pandemic, many small businesses are running through rough phase and salaried people also may have less salary because of cutting in their monthly pay. They might be facing trouble in meeting day to day expenses. To help these people of our SV samaj, we have formed a committee comprising of 2 members from Mumbai Main committee & each ‘Local Committees’. And we have decided to raise the fund to help these people to meet their basic requirements, under the supervision & guidance of “S V Foundation Public Charitable Trust”. This task is for 3-4 months only. We expect commitments from all Donors to donate Rs. 9000/- or in multiple of thereof. Amount will be collected as and when it is required. For Grain, Education, Health related help are being provided by many other committees. Whereas, this donated Fund will be utilized to help them pay their House Rent, Light bills, Gas bills, Telephone bills, Vegetable & Milk etc. Our intention is to help them meet these basic needs for upcoming 3-4 months. You are requested to make commitment of DONATION of Rs. 9,000/- each in the name of minimum 2 members of your family. Donation amount is eligible for deduction under 80(G) of Income Tax act. Hope to have maximum co-operation from everyone.

Notes:

2. Copy of self attested PAN card in whose in you want to have Donation Receipt.
3. Passport size Photograph in a small envelope with name on the envolpe.Don't staple the photograph.
